  Tried to cash in a scratchcard while we were visiting and got told it wouldn’t work because the machine was working and to try someone else only to try it somewhere else after travelling home to see that it had been claimed there🤣

  Unfortunately,the customer service completely bad respect to the customer, The manager was rude and arrogant, showing no respect to the customers. When i request to the manager to received my parcel they said they dont serve me and they deny to serve me . I am also a work in public sector but i think our job demand highly professionalism specially when you deal direct with the customer If there is any problem the manager try to find out a solution. But despite of that the manager totally to serve, when it was a just simple parcel, And the manager also order other staff peoples not to provide there services And they said you cant buy anything from spar without any reason. One thing to addition l am the regular customer in this store. I hope management take some action against the manager because he is very disrespectful to the customer and this is not the first time it happened, i face the same situation with the same guy few months before and then i leave to go there but today i went again and with the same person same probiem For proof i recorded video as well and the date and time is 21:52 03 march 2026

  Baught 10 GBP 3 mobile voucher = didnt work tried 1 hour / than went to 3 mobile they pointed the finger to Spar as the service was offered and baught there = understandably / went back to Spar / Staff was rude so called for manager / its my problem , she said . So the service i baught at Spar for 10 GBP which didnt work is worth 0 to me and it is my problem and not Spars and they cant offer help for the service they sell and offer ? pretty bad attitude I ld say . Not 1 GBP I ld leave in a Spar again
